Kids do it naturally as do animals so why do adult humans prfer to walk? Just one of those “while im out running thoughts” I had while another 9 miles flew past yesterday in the sun (and then the clouds came in but hey)

cos he’s living… no doubts, no commitments, blue skies, sunshine, air and mom to nourish him… he just just living it like he only knows how… perhaps as he grown he will become afraid of the hill… of the dog… he will lose his innocence and the barriers will begin to take shape.
